Use of Commitr

Commitr provides recruiting organization, school research, coach outreach, email-preparation, and activity-tracking tools for lacrosse student-athletes and families. By using Commitr, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

Users under the age of majority should use Commitr with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. Commitr is not intended for children under 13.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs through your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the recruiting, academic, athletic, contact, and outreach information you enter into Commitr.

Email Outreach and Gmail Connection

Gmail connection is optional. If you connect Gmail, Commitr may use the Gmail Send permission to send recruiting outreach or test emails from your Gmail account only after you review the message and explicitly choose to send it.

Commitr does not send BCC blasts and does not send recruiting emails without your action. You are responsible for making sure each message is accurate, appropriate, authorized, and compliant with applicable laws, platform rules, school policies, recruiting rules, and team or athletic-organization requirements.

Commitr does not request Gmail permissions to read your inbox, read replies, create Gmail drafts, modify labels, delete messages, or access your full mailbox. You can disconnect Gmail from Commitr at any time.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Commitr to:

• send unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized communications;
• send spam or bulk messages that violate applicable laws or platform policies;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or recruiting status;
• upload or send content that infringes another person's rights;
• attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or credentials you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt Commitr or its service providers.

Recruiting Information and No Guaranteed Results

Commitr may provide recruiting data, school information, coach contact information, roster-opportunity estimates, recommendations, summaries, and AI-assisted drafting tools. This information is provided for organization and decision support only. Recruiting data can be incomplete, stale, or incorrect, and roster opportunities are estimates rather than confirmed openings.

Commitr does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, coach responses, admissions decisions, scholarship offers, roster spots, or contact accuracy. You should review important information before relying on it or sending it to a coach, school, or third party.

Privacy and Data Protection

Commitr's collection, use, protection, and retention of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference.

Service Changes

Commitr may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Commitr may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of Commitr after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

No Warranty

Commitr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commitr disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commitr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, recruiting outcomes, or coach responses, arising from or related to your use of the service.
